                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE AWARD OF CONTRACT
                  NO. 134C, HIGHLAND PARK PUMP STATION, TO JAMES
                  COVINGTON CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR THEIR LOW
                  BID IN THE AMOUNT OF SIX HUNDRED SEVENTEEN
                  THOUSAND, NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY-SEVEN DOLLARS
                  ($617,987.00).
                 
                 
                                                    
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       award of Contract No. 134C, Highland Park Pump Station, to James
       Covington Construction Company for their low bid in the amount of 

       $617,987.00.
